Al E. McClellan & Company, LLC (“MAC”) is a Certified Public Accounting firm currently registered as a practice unit with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.  Litigation support services are provided by certified public accountants currently licensed by the State of Texas in cases involving both revenue and expenditures in the oil and gas industry.  MAC provides consulting experts, expert witnesses, mediation and arbitration services to assist in the settlement of disputes between parties in the industry.

MAC key personnel, all of whom have numerous years of hands-on experience with exploration and production oil and gas companies, have served as consulting experts, expert witnesses, mediator and arbitrator for disputes relating to operating agreements and lease agreements.  These disputes have involved the following issues:
